Photos above:  SMSM Sisters accompanied young people from Jamaica to the Marist celebrations in France and to the World Youth Day with Pope Francis in Poland.

1) While Sister Teresia Tinanisolo (front, right) accompanied the Young Marists to the Fourvière celebration in Lyons, France, Sr Rabunna Bwakineti (front left) travelled with the group going directly to the World Youth Day in Poland.

2) Sister Rabunna with two of the young women, sitting in front of the convent where St Faustina lived.  St. Faustina Kowalska inspired the worldwide devotion to the Divine Mercy. This group was led by a Polish priest currently missioned in Jamaica. Sr Rabunna said that they enjoyed wonderful hospitality with Polish families and had an opportunity to be in the front row, close to Pope Francis, on one occasion.

Many thanks to generous benefactors who helped these young people to deepen their faith through the opportunity to take part in these pilgrimages.
