It is with joy that Sr. Jacinta Obiageri Obi, smsm made her First Vows in the United States of America. Sr. Jacinta is originally from Nigeria. In 2020, she began her formation as a postulant in Jamaica during the time of Pandemic. She then continued on to the Novitiate and was professed on 16th July, 2024.

Sr. Cristina Giustozzi, Congregational Leader was present and sent Jacinta to her first Mission Assignment in Burundi.

It was a joyful and wonderful celebration. Our sisters in the area were present to support Sr. Jacinta on this day.

All the best Sr. Jacinta and may you continue to be open to whatever God has for you through living your Vows as a Marist Missionary Sister.
