It is with sadness that I share with you the news of Sr. Bette Carvelli (Sr. Mary Rosaire) who died peacefully on March 2, 2026 at Elizabeth Seton Residence, MA.

 Sr. Bette was born on June 30, 1926 in Roxbury, Massachusetts.

She was professed as a Marist Missionary Sister on February 2, 1954 in Bedford, MA.

Sr. Bette has been missioned in Fiji Islands, Chatham Islands, Tonga and Massachusetts. 

May she rest in peace.
